At SmartPayNI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies only to accessories, including but not limited to cables, chargers, receipt rolls, and terminal add-ons.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return accessories within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is in a resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and operational reasons, used consumables (such as opened receipt rolls) cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an accessory arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened or used consumables (e.g. receipt rolls)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email admin@smartpayni.co.uk with your order number
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Business Customers
As accessories are sold primarily to business customers, returns are handled in line with UK business-to-business trading regulations where applicable.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
